中药肾毒性原由及应对策略探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药肾毒性的原由及应对策略,提高中药使用安全性。方法:分析导致中药肾毒性的原因、表现、产生机理,探讨减少中药肾毒性事件发生的对策。结果:可针对中药肾毒性发生原因采取相应对策减少中药肾毒性事件发生。结论:通过合理用药系统、合理加工炮制等手段,提高中药安全性,提高医师等对产生肾毒性中药的品种、成分以及用药规范的认识,提高临床中药应用的安全性,减少药害事件的发生。Objective:To explore the causes and countermeasures of nephrotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine,and to improve the safety of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:The causes,manifestation,and mechanism of nephrotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed.The corresponding countermeasures was explored to reduce the occurrence of nephrotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine.Result:According to the cause of nephrotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine,corresponding countermeasures can be taken to reduce the occurrence of nephrotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:It is suggested that the safety of traditional Chinese medicines can be improved through rational medication,reasonable processing and other means,and increasing the awareness of doctors etc.on the varieties,ingredients and medication specifications of nephrotoxic traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,the safety of clinical Chinese medicine applications can be improved and the occurrence of toxicity incidents can be reduced.
