摘  要:衬板是大型自磨机、半自磨机和球磨机的主要耗材,磨损是衬板的主要失效形式,在磨机衬板的设计阶段,准确评估不同结构衬板的磨损速率及磨损位置对衬板的设计非常重要。以某半自磨机筒体衬板为模型,采用离散元方法对其磨损情况进行模拟研究,再与大空间激光扫描仪扫描的结果进行对比分析。离散元模拟结果与大空间扫描仪扫描的外形基本一致,但前后两个阶段的磨损速率不同,证明衬板结构对其磨损速率起着决定性的作用,同时衬板的材料组织均匀性也会影响磨损速率。该方法能够相对准确地比较不同结构磨机衬板的寿命,预测衬板的磨损位置,为衬板的结构优化设计提供理论支撑。The liner is the main consumable part of the large autogenous grinding mill,semi-autogenous grinding mill and ball mill,and the wear was the main failure style of the liner.Thus,during the design stage of the mill liner,to accurately evaluate the wear rate and the wear location of various-structured liners is very important for the design of the liner.Taking the drum liner of a semi-autogenous grinding mill as the model,the paper applied discrete element method to simulate its wear status,and compared the simulation results with the scanning results by large-space laser scanner.The simulation results were basically consistent with the profile scanned by the large-space laser scanner,while the wear rate in early and late stage was different,which indicated the structure of the liner dominated its wear rate,and the evenness of the liner material affected the wear rate also.The method accurately compared the life of the various-structured liner and predicted the wear location of the liner.It offered theoretical support for the structural optimization of the liner.
