摘  要:收集了自磨机启动过程中不同工况下物料的动态安息角,在此基础上分析和验证了将电动机启动转矩和磨机转动角度关系作为判断物料是否板结的有效依据。针对不同程度的板结,介绍了多次正常启动、板结物料松动和高压水炮冲洗3种有效的处理方式。通过判断板结和处理板结可有效降低板结对生产运营造成的重大影响,避免对设备造成严重损坏。The dynamic repose angle of charge in various operation modes during start-up of autogenous grinding mill was collected,and then the relationship between the start-up torque of the motor and the rotary angle of the mill being as the effective reference to judge if the charge hardened or not was analyzed and verified.In addition,three loosening methods such as multiple start-up,loosening of hardened charge and flushing with high-pressure water cannon for various hardening degree were introduced.Judging and loosening hardened charge effectively reduced the influence of the hardened charge on production,and avoided serious damage to equipments.
