摘 要:针对电磁发射用直线感应电机的位置检测系统无处理器、信号的采集分析装置需额外配置的缺点,提出了一种集成位置信号采集、运算处理、数据上传、数据存储与分析等功能的智能位置检测系统,采用FGPA+ARM架构的处理芯片,设计了位置检测系统的运算处理、采样、网络上传和上位机软件等功能模块,并在实际电磁发射平台上进行了实验测试。实验结果表明:该智能位置检测系统具备良好的工作性能,而且克服了原有位置检测系统的缺点。The position detection system of linear induction motor for electromagnetic emission has the disadvantage of no processor and needing additional signal acquisition and analysis device.An intelligent position measurement system was presented,which integrates the functions of position signal acquisition,signal operating and processing,data uploading,storage and analysis,etc.Using the processor based on FGPA and ARM architecture,the function modules of position detection system,including signal operating and processing,sampling,network uploading and host computer software,were designed.The experimental results on the actual electromagnetic launch platform show that the intelligent position detection system has good performance and overcomes the shortcomings of the original system.
