摘 要:采用新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚(ER)和单宁对大豆蛋白胶粘剂改性。通过测定胶粘剂的残留率、胶合强度以及红外光谱及电镜分析研究了单宁加入量对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明:ER和单宁与蛋白分子上的活性基团反应,形成更加致密的交联结构,增强了胶粘剂的耐水胶接性能。大豆蛋白胶粘剂体系中加入质量分数2%的ER和4%的单宁后,其耐水性提高8.7%,残留率达82.7%,以其制备的胶合板的胶合强度达到1.01 MPa,较未改性胶粘剂提高225.8%,满足室内用胶合板标准要求。The soy protein adhesive was modified with neopentyl glycol diglycidyl ether(ER) and tannin. The effect of tannin dosage on the properties of the adhesive was studied by measuring the residual rate of the adhesive and bonding strength,infrared spectroscopy and electron microscope analysis. The results showed that the ER and tannin were reacted with the active groups on the protein molecule to form a denser cross-linked structure,which enhanced the water resistance of the adhesive. After adding 2 wt% ER and 4 wt% tannin to the soy protein adhesive system, its water resistance was increased by 8.7%, and the residual rate reached 82.7%. The plywood prepared by it had a bonding strength of 1.01 MPa,which was increased by 225.8% compared with that of unmodified adhesives and meeting the requirements of indoor plywood standards.
