摘 要:在聚氨酯(PU)硬泡配方中加入CaCO3和高岭土,以期改善PU硬泡力学强度低、耐水解性差,无法用作水环境下承载性结构材料的缺陷。通过压缩强度、泡沫体密度、耐水解性能和粘度测试研究了CaCO3和高岭土用量对PU硬泡性能的影响。结果表明:CaCO3和高岭土能显著提高PU硬泡的压缩强度,降低PU硬泡的密度,提高PU硬泡的耐水解性能和PU浆液的粘度。CaCO3的增强作用大于高岭土,而高岭土具有更好的助发泡和耐水解性能。CaCO3/高岭土复合填料质量比为1∶1,添加质量分数为15%时制备的PU硬泡的压缩强度较未使用填料时提高了39.4%,发泡倍率提高了1.37倍,耐水解性能提高了6%。制备的增强型PU硬泡可作为水环境下承载性结构材料用于地铁、隧道、煤矿等工程的注浆堵水与加固。The Ca CO3 and Kaolin were added to the polyurethane(PU)rigid foam formulation to improve the low mechanical strength and poor hydrolysis resistance of the PU rigid foam which made the foams not be used as a load-bearing structural material in an aqueous environment. The effects of the amount of CaCO3 and Kaolin on the properties of PU rigid foam were studied by the tests of compressive strength,foam density,hydrolysis resistance and viscosity. The results showed that the CaCO3 and Kaolin could significantly increase the compressive strength of PU rigid foam,reduce the density of PU rigid foam,and improve the hydrolysis resistance of PU rigid foam and the viscosity of PU slurry. The reinforcing effect of CaCO3 was greater than that of Kaolin,and Kaolin had better assistant foaming and hydrolysis resistance. When the mass ratio of CaCO3/Kaolin composite filler was 1∶1 and the mass fraction was 15%, the compressive strength of the PU hard foam prepared was increased by 39.4% compared with that without filler, the foaming ratio was increased by 1.37 times,and the hydrolysis resistance was improved by 6%. The prepared reinforced PU rigid foam could be used as a load-bearing structural material in a water environment for grouting and water blocking and reinforcement in subways,tunnels,coal mines and other projects.
