摘 要:根腐病是大豆生产中普遍发生且危害最为严重的病害之一,而病原菌种类复杂、抗病资源缺乏鉴定与合理利用、田间防控技术不成熟是该病防控过程中所面临的3个关键问题。为促进对上述问题的研究和解决,本研究综述病害诊断与监测、抗病品种鉴定与利用、药剂防控等关键技术的相关研究进展,介绍技术模式在生产中的应用并展望了病害防控的发展趋势,以期为后续开展大豆根腐病监测与防控关键技术的研究及应用提供理论与技术借鉴。Soybean root rot is one of the most serious and common diseases in the soybean production of China. There are three major problems faced in field disease control, including the diversity of multiple pathogens species, the lack of identification and rational utilization of disease-resistant soybean resources, and the immature of disease control technologies. To promote the research and solution of these problems, this review summarized the research progress on diagnosis and monitoring of disease, identification and utilization of resistant varieties, and chemical control technologies, introduced the application of technology mode in production, and expected the development trend of disease control in the future. The insights will provide theoretical and technical reference for the follow-up research and application on monitoring and control of soybean root rot.
