摘　　要：生理性衰老引起的男性健康问题引发了人们广泛关注。生理性衰老伴随的男性性腺睾丸衰老可进一步导致迟发性性腺功能减退症、良性前列腺增生、生精微环境改变和勃起功能障碍等男性特有的衰老相关疾病。本文阐述了男性睾丸衰老相关疾病的发病机制和治疗手段等研究现状,以期让相关从业人员更深入理解衰老状态下的男性生殖、性器官及内分泌改变,尽可能延缓和预防衰老所引起的男性疾病。The health problems of men caused by physiological aging have aroused widespread concern.Male testicular senescence accompanied by physiological aging can further lead to late-onset hypogonadism,benign prostatic hyperplasia,changes of spermatogenic microenvironment and erectile dysfunction and other male-specific aging-related diseases.This paper describes the current status of the pathogenesis and treatment of male testicular aging-related diseases,in order to enable relevant practitioners to have a better understanding of the changes of male reproduction,sexual organs and endocrine in the state of aging.Let men delay and prevent male diseases caused by aging as much as possible.
