摘 要:目的:分析江苏常州885例泌尿系结石成分构成及其与患者临床特征的关系,探讨本地区泌尿系结石临床防治方法。方法:应用红外光谱结石成分分析仪对2018年3月~2020年3月在我科住院的885例泌尿系结石患者的结石进行成分分析,结合患者的一般临床资料,分析总结其临床特征。结果:885例泌尿系结石患者中男女比例为2.93∶1,以36~60岁年龄段人群多见(51.75%),61~89岁年龄段人群次之(42.15%);输尿管结石多发(52.09%),肾结石次之(25.31%);结石成分以草酸钙+磷酸钙结石混合成分最多(56.50%),其次为草酸钙结石(26.44%)。膀胱结石在61~89岁年龄段人群最多,尿酸结石在61~89岁年龄段人群多发,膀胱内多见。结论:江苏常州地区泌尿系结石患者男性明显多于女性,以输尿管结石多发,其中以中年人(36~60岁)输尿管结石多发,成分以草酸钙+磷酸钙结石及草酸钙结石为主,膀胱结石在老年人(61~89岁)中多发。根据不同年龄段,不同结石成分特点,制定不同的预防措施。Objective:To analyze the composition of urinary calculi in 885 cases of Changzhou,Jiangsu Province,and the relationship between the composition of urinary calculi and the clinical characteristics of patients,to explore the clinical prevention and treatment of urolithiasis in this area.Method:The composition of 885 cases of urinary calculi hospitalized in our department from March 2018 to March 2020 was analyzed using the infrared spectrum stone composition analyzer,and the clinical characteristics were analyzed and summarized based on the general clinical data of the patients.Result:The ratio of male to female was 2.93∶1 in 885 cases of urinary calculi,which was more common in 36-60 years old group(51.75%),followed by 61-89 years old group(42.15%).Ureteral calculi were more common(52.09%),then renal calculi came secondly(25.31%).Calcium oxalate+calcium phosphate calculi mixed component was the most common(56.50%),and followed by calcium oxalate calculi(26.44%).Bladder stones are the most common in the 61-89 age group,and uric acid stones are the most common in the 61-89 age group.Conclusion:In Changzhou area,Jiangsu province,the number of male urinary calculi was significantly higher than that of female.Ureteral calculi mainly composed of calcium oxalate+calcium phosphate calculi and calcium oxalate calculi in the middle-aged(36-60 years old)were common,while bladder calculi in the elderly(61-89 years old)were common.According to the characteristics of different age and composition of stones,different preventive measures will be selected.
