摘　　要：本文基于山东新旧动能转换的核心——大力发展“四新”、促进“四化”,发展新兴产业培育壮大新动能、提升传统产业改造形成新动能,研究构建了山东省新旧动能转换的标准体系,对新旧动能转换的标准化工作提出建议,旨在为更好地推动山东省新旧动能转换提供技术支撑。The core of Shandong's strategy on the Conversion of New and Old Kinetic Energy is to vigorously develop the"four innovations"and promote the"four modernizations",develop emerging industries to strengthen new driving forces,and transform traditional industries to create new driving forces.The paper establishes the standards system of the Conversion of New and Old Kinetic Energy,in accordance with requirements of the standards system construction principles and policies,and puts forward some suggestions on the standardization work in this area,aiming at better promoting the Conversion of New and Old Kinetic Energy in Shandong.
