摘　　要：本文以山东省临沂市为例,采用网络采集、专家咨询、座谈、现场调研、问卷调查等方法,对国家标准GB 18580-2017《室内装饰装修材料人造板及其制品中甲醛释放限量》的实施效果进行评价。从评价情况来看,该标准各项技术指标较为先进、适用;标准的实施推动了当地部分企业积极进行工艺改进及产品升级,提升了企业的综合竞争力,创造了一定的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。同时,结合标准实施过程中遇到的缺少分级标准、检测周期长等问题,研究提出相关标准制修订、加大推广力度、标准应用产品抽查等标准实施对策建议。This paper takes Linyi city of Shandong province as an example,evaluates the implementation effect of the national standard GB 18580-2017,Indoor decorating and refurbishing materials—Limit of formaldehyde emission of wood-based panels and finishing products,by means of network information retrieval,expert consulting,discussion,enterprise investigation and questionnaire.From the perspective of evaluation,the technical indicators of the standard are advanced and applicable.Implementation of the standard has promoted process improvement,driven product upgrade,enhanced the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,and created certain economic,social and ecological benefits.At the same time,combined with the questions encountered in the implementation of standards including a lack of grading standards and too long detection period,it proposes certain countermeasures and suggestions,such as standard preparation and revision,increase publicity and products survey.
