摘　　要：卫星轨道与频率资源是开展空间应用的基础,具有核心战略价值。本文简要介绍了国际电信联盟(ITU)及其标准概况,重点解析了ITU标准中有关卫星轨道与频率资源申请的规定,以及我国执行ITU相关标准的情况。Orbit-spectrum resources is the foundation for space exploration and development,which is of key strategic value.This paper introduces the International Telecommunication Union(ITU)and its standards briefly,analyzes ITU rules for application of spatial orbit-spectrum resources especially,and also presents the status of their execution in our country.
