摘 要:油气管道输送各站场内运行设备供电可靠性和稳定性对维持油气管道正常输送至关重要。为避免突然断电对站内的影响,每座管道站均配置不间断电源(简称UPS),在外供电源突然故障停电时为站内关键设备提供短时间的应急电源支持,不致因停电而影响正常工作。如何在保证其稳定运行的基础上,尽量降低能耗,对站场节能降耗提供帮助的相关研究很少。根据部分站场测试数据,分析站场和调控中心UPS电源的能效水平和电能质量情况,从结果看出在站场压缩机组或输油泵机组正常运行的前提下,单台站控UPS负载率一般运行在10%~15%,站控UPS实际运行负载率低、效率相对较低;采用高效的UPS比传统UPS有近5%~7%的效率提高,对系统运行效率有极大的改善作用,选型时应确保负载率运行在高效负载率区间40%~60%,对降低企业的运行成本有帮助;对UPS间环境温度、电能质量谐波畸变率也进行了分析。The reliability and stability of power supply for the operation equipment in each station of oil and gas pipeline transportation is very important to maintain the normal transmission of oil and gas pipeline. In order to avoid the impact of sudden power failure on the station, each pipeline station is equipped with uninterruptible power supply(UPS), which provides short-term emergency power support for key equipment in the station in case of sudden failure of external power supply, so as not to affect normal operation due to power failure. How to reduce the energy consumption as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the stable operation of the station is rarely studied. According to the test data of some stations, the energy efficiency level and power quality of UPS power supply in the station and the control center are analyzed. It can be seen from the results that under the premise of normal operation of compressor unit or oil pump unit in the station, the load rate of single station controlled UPS is generally 10%~15%, the actual operation load rate of station controlled UPS is low, and the efficiency is relatively low;the efficiency of using high-efficiency UPS is nearly 5%~7% higher than that of traditional ups It can improve the operation efficiency of the system greatly. The selection shall ensure that the load rate operates between 40%~60% of the efficient load rate range. It also analyzes the harmonic distortion rate in the environmental temperature and power quality of the UPS room.
