摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞对脑梗死所致咽喉功能障碍的疗效。方法70例脑梗死致咽喉功能障碍的患者随机均分为两组:对照组给予常规脑梗死治疗及康复训练;丁苯酞组在对照组基础上加用静脉滴注丁苯酞50 mg/d,连用14 d。分别采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、洼田氏饮水试验(KWST)和改良Frenchay构音障碍评估量表(FDA-2)评分评定两组治疗前后的咽喉肌功能。结果治疗前,两组NIHSS评分、KWST评分和FDA-2评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低,KWST评分和FDA-2评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),且丁苯酞组较对照组变化更明显(P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗基础上,加用丁苯酞治疗对脑梗死所致咽喉功能障碍疗效更好。Objective To observe the efficacy of butylphthalide in the treatment of pharyngeal and laryngeal dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy patients with pharyngeal and laryngeal dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction were equally randomized into two groups.Group C was treated by conventional treatments and rehabilitation training for cerebral infarction and group A was given additional intravenous infusion of butylphthalide 50 mg daily for 14 days.The function grade of pharyngeal and laryngeal muscles was assessed by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Kubota’s water swallow test(KWST)and Frenchay dysarthria assessment(FDA-2)before and after treatment in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of NIHSS,KWST and FDA-2 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores were lower,while KWST and FDA-2 scores were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),which changed more obviously in group A than those in group C(P<0.01).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatments,additionally use of butylphthalide can better improve the pharyngeal and laryngeal dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction.
