摘  要:建立了液氧预先过冷及在线过冷流程的热力学模型,对比分析两种过冷流程的技术要求及经济性,结果表明预先过冷流程更易实现深度过冷液氧全程加注。在预先过冷流程的基础上提出了分级循环过冷流程,进一步降低对过冷装置的技术要求。Thermodynamic models of advanced and real time liquid oxygen supercooling processes were established,the technical requirement and economy of each supercooling process were compared and analyzed.The result show that advanced supercooling process is easier to realize loading deep supercooled liquid oxygen during the entire process.Two-stage supercooling recycle process was proposed on the basis of advanced supercooling process,which could further reduce the technical requirement of supercooling device.
