摘　　要：目的了解大学生卫生习惯及对干手器的认知程度。方法2019年6月采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,选取皖南医学院1047名大学生进行个人卫生习惯和对干手器认知的问卷调查。结果1047名调查对象中,男生483人(46.13%),女生564人(53.87%)。不同性别的两组学生在每日睡眠时间(P<0.01)、起床叠被子习惯、刷牙次数(P<0.01)、打扫卫生频率方面存在明显差异(P<0.05)。405人(38.68%)的大学生主(被)动了解过手卫生方面的知识;247人(23.60%)的大学生参加过1次及以上的手卫生培训。手部卫生习惯调查显示,523人(49.95%)的大学生一次洗手时间少于10s;657人(62.75%)的大学生洗手后会选择干手;312人(29.80%)的大学生认为洗手后使用纸巾擦干最干净,444人(42.41%)的大学生认为使用干手器吹干最干净,291人(27.79%)的大学生认为自然甩干或其他干手方式最干净。结论某高校大学生获取手部卫生知识比较局限并对其清洁方式存在较大误区,对大学生进行卫生健康宣教十分必要。Objective To understand the hand hygiene habits of the college students,and the cognition degree of college students to hand dryers.Methods A questionnaire survey on personal hygiene habits and hand cognition was conducted among 1047college students in Wannan medical college by stratified cluster random sampling in June 2019.Results Of the 1047respondents,483(46.13%)were boys and 564(53.87%)were girls.The results of personal health survey showed that there were significant differences in daily sleep time,quilt habit,brushing frequency and cleaning frequency between genders(P<0.05).38.68%of the college students(405students)had learned about hand hygiene,and 23.60%of the college students(247students)had attended once or more hand hygiene training.According to the survey of hand hygiene habits,49.95%of college students(523students)washed their hands for less than 10seconds,62.75%of the college students(657students)would choose to do their hands after washing their hands.29.80%of the college students(312students)thought that it was the cleanest to dry with paper towels after washing their hands,42.41%(444 students)thought that drying with dryers was the cleanest,and 27.79%(291students)thought that natural drying or other dry hands were the cleanest.Conclusion There are great misunderstandings about cleaning methods after washing hands,so students should carry out necessary hygiene and health education.
