微创自动痔套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗重度痔60例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨微创自动痔疮套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗重度痔的临床疗效,选取120例重度痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组单纯接受微创自动痔套扎术治疗,观察组接受微创自动痔疮套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗。比较两组治疗效果、复发率及并发症发生情况。结果显示,观察组患者的疼痛缓解时间、创面愈合时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结果表明,微创自动痔套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗重度痔可提高疗效,促进创面愈合,能减少并发症的发生及复发。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)combined with injecting sclerosing agent in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids,randomly divided 120 severe hemorrhoids patients into control group(60 cases,alone minimally invasive RPH)and observation one(60 cases,added with sclerosing agent);then,compared both groups’effect,recurrence rate and unward reaction.As results,in the time for pain relieved,for wound-surface healing,and for hospitalization;in total effective rate(96.67%vs 83.33%);and in the recurrence rate 2 weeks after treatment(although observation group was lower than control group,but between both groups complication incidence had no statistical difference,P>0.05)observation group was significantly and respectively shorter,higher,and lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that above combination therapy can uplift effect,promote wound-surface healing,as well as reduce complication incidence and recurrence.
