连理汤加减口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎42例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探究连理汤加减口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,选取本院收治的84例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪口服治疗,观察组使用连理汤加减口服治疗。观察两组疗效、疾病活动指数(DAI)评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与白细胞介素-10(IL-10)表达水平及疾病复发率。结果显示,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,TNF-α与IL-10表达水平明显优于对照组,复发率与DAI评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,连理汤加减口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎,能提高临床治疗效果,改善肿瘤坏死因子与白细胞介素水平,降低患者复发率,值得推广应用。This study was to investigate the effect of orally administering modified Lianli Tang(a TCM formula,shortly named as Tang)in the treatment of ulcerative colits(UC),randomly divided 84 UC patients treated in author’s hospital into control group(42 cases,orally administering mesalazine)and observation one(42 cases,modified Tang);then,compared both groups’effect,DAI score,the levels of TNF-αand IL-10,and recurrence rate.As results,in total effective rate,in DAI score rating,in recurrence rate,and in the levels of TNF-αand IL-10,observation group was significantly and respectively higher,lower,lower than,and superior to control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that Tang modified for treating UC can uplift effect,improve TNF-αand IL-10 levels,decline recurrence rate,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
