优质护理在骶管麻醉肛肠科手术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：为探究优质护理在骶管麻醉肛肠科手术中的应用效果,将100例骶管麻醉下行肛肠科手术患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组选择优质护理干预,比较两组术后疼痛程度、SAS评分、并发症及护理满意度。结果显示,经治疗后观察组的疼痛程度、SAS评分和并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为98.00%,明显高于对照组的88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,骶管麻醉肛肠科手术采用优质护理,可明显减轻患者术后疼痛,使之保持良好的情绪,积极配合医务人员工作,并能减少并发症,在临床上具有重要意义。This study was to investigate the efficacy of top-notch nursing during coloproctological surgery under sacral anesthesia,100 cases met above condition were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases,top-notch nursing);then,compared both groups’pain intensity,SAS score,complication and nursing satisfactory degree.As results,after treatment in pain intensity,SAS score,complication incidence,as well in nursing satisfactory degree(98.00%vs 88.00%)observation group was significantly and respectively lower,as well as higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that top-notch nursing during coloproctological surgery under sacral anethesia can significantly rednces patients’postoperative sufferings,so that makes patients keeping good emotion,farther actively taking good compliance;decreases complication,thus it has important clinical significance.
