关于新形势下炼铁工业发展的认识

摘　　要：阐述了新形势下我国炼铁丁业发展的几点认识,重点对我国高炉炼铁的生产概况、技术经济指标、钢铁行业在发展过程中面临的节能减排问题及环保政策问题进行了论述。认为新形势下我国高炉炼铁工业仍然需要坚持科学发展,要做到炉料合理化和优质化,工艺上继续发展和推广富氧及高风温技术,重视高炉长寿化生产,努力提高高炉的冶炼操作水平,同时兼顾发展新技术、新工艺,这样才能实现我国炼铁工业的高质量发展。Discussion is made on the C hina^ironmaking industry development at the new situation.By analyzing China’s ironmaking production and its techno-economic indexes,energy conservation and emission reduction challenges the steel industry faced,and environmental protection policy,it is believed that C hina^BF ironmaking industry shall keep on advancing in a scientific way,for instance,adopting high quality and rational burden mix,promoting oxygen-enrichment and high temperature blasting technologies,and enhancing BF long campaign development.The steel producer also shall endeavor to improve BF smelting operation level and develop new technologies and new processes in order to achieve high-quality development of the ironmaking industry.
