摘　　要：文章以大型会展建筑为研究对象,提出了交通使用后评估的评估场景、评估要素及评估方法,然后以国家会展中心为例,对城市交通压力、场地静态交通及场地动态交通三个重点问题的使用后评估进行了详细介绍,包括使用现状、数据收集,以及对比分析,并发现了运营中存在的问题,最后从设计角度提出了有针对性的优化策略。Taking large-scale exhibition buildings as research objects,the paper proposes assessment scenarios,assessment elements and assessment methods for the post-occupancy evaluation of the traffic.Then,taking the National Exhibition and Convention Center as an example,the POE of three key issues of urban traffic pressure,site static traffic and site dynamic traffic will be introduced in detail,including the current status of use,data collection,and comparative analysis to find out the existed problems,and the targeted optimization strategies will be finally put forward from a design perspective.
