公共健康视角下风景园林学科的研究经验、挑战与对策

摘　　要：本文通过总结风景园林对公共健康的推动机制,揭示公共健康、生态健康与居住健康三者之间的"图底关系"和"表里关系"。指出作为三大人居科学之一的风景园林学科,在健康防护与疗养的现实需求中,需要立足于景观生态学、景观社会学和景观设计学视角,正视生境干扰、城市防灾、场所隔离3个挑战。分别提出从容器、磁体及隔断的观念入手,推行生境缓冲;从供给、防控及维稳的功能入手,强化应急景观;从生产、生活及生态的关系入手,营造健康社区,在挑战、危机和原则中进一步建构有"尺度"、有"韧度"、有"温度"的学科特色。This paper summarizes the promotion mechanism of landscape architecture to public health,and reveals the"bottom map relationship"and"exterior interior relationship"among the public health,ecological health and residential health.It is pointed out that as one of the three major human settlement sciences,the landscape architecture discipline needs to be based on the perspectives of landscape ecology,landscape sociology and landscape design according to the actual needs of health protection and recuperation,and face up to the three challenges of habitat interference,urban disaster prevention,and site isolation.Challenges.It proposes the concepts of containers,magnets,and partitions to promote habitat buffering;starts with the functions of supply,prevention and control,and stability maintenance to strengthen emergency landscapes;starts with the relationship between production,life and ecology to create a healthy community.The paper proposes to construct disciplines with"scale","toughness"and"temperature"in accordance with the challenges,crisis and principles.
