摘 要:目的了解河南省三级医院新入职男护士转型冲击现状,探讨护理工作环境对新入职男护士转型冲击的影响,为帮助新入职男护士完成角色转变提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2017年6月—2018年3月选取河南省5所三级医院的男护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、护理工作环境量表、新护士转型冲击量表进行调查。本研究共发放问卷111份,回收有效问卷106份。结果106名新入职男护士新护士转型冲击量表总分为(108.41±11.29),处于较高水平。新入职男护士护理工作环境量表各维度得分与新护士转型冲击量表各维度得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。多重回归分析结果显示,编制、学历、工作时间、充足的人力和物力是河南省新入职男护士转型冲击的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应重视男护士的转型冲击,建议管理者针对新入职男护士的编制、学历、工作时间、人力物力配置等方面进行干预,通过改善护理工作环境帮助新入职男护士顺利完成角色转变。Objective To understand the current situation of the transition shock of newly recruited male nurses in ClassⅢhospitals in Henan Province,explore the impact of the nursing work environment on the transition shock of newly recruited male nurses,so as to provide a basis for helping newly recruited male nurses to complete the role transition.Methods From June 2017 to March 2018,convenience sampling was used to select male nurses from 5 ClassⅢhospitals in Henan Province as research objects.All nurses were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire,the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index and the Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale.A total of 111 questionnaires were distributed and 106 valid questionnaires were returned.Results Among 106 newly recruited male nurses,the total score of the Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale was(108.41±11.29),which was at a high level.The scores of all dimensions of the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index of newly recruited male nurses were negatively correlated with the scores of all dimensions of the Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale with statistical differences(P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that the establishment,education background,working hours,sufficient manpower and material resources were the main factors affecting the transition shock of newly recruited male nurses in Henan Province with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing managers should pay attention to transition shock of male nurses.It is recommended that managers provide intervention in the establishment,education background,working hours,manpower and material resources of newly recruited male nurses,and help newly recruited male nurses to successfully complete the role transition by improving the nursing work environment.
