摘 要:选择受阻酚类抗氧剂1098、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168和626、无机磷酸盐抗氧剂H10、有机铜盐类抗氧剂H3386共5种抗氧剂,通过复配或者单独使用,讨论了不同的抗氧体系在玻纤(GF)增强PA66热氧老化环境下的颜色变化以及力学性能变化。综合比较,H3386体系材料的力学性能最佳,但对材料有一定的色污;湿度对PA66材料的力学性能影响很大,抗湿热老化效果的顺序为:H3386>1098/626≥1098/168>H10。水汽对以有机铜盐类为抗氧剂的PA66材料ΔE影响较大;120℃抗热老化效果的顺序为:1098/626≥H3386≥1098/168>H10。180℃热老化条件下,力学性能整体呈线性下降趋势,其中GF增强PA66在高温下对非缺口冲击强度很敏感。5 kinds of antioxidants(hindered phenolic antioxidants 1098,phosphite antioxidants 168 and 626,inorganic phosphate antioxidants H10,organic copper salt antioxidants H3386),through compounding or use alone were selected to added into glass fiber reinforced PA66.The change of colour and mechanical properties of different antioxidant systems under the thermal oxidative aging environment of were discussed.By comprehensive comparison,the mechanical properties of H3386 system materials are the best,but it has a certain degree of staining,humidity has a great influence on the mechanical properties of PA66 materials,and the order of anti-humidity aging effect is:H3386>1098/626≥1098/168>H10.Water vapor has a greater impact on the ΔE of PA66 materials with organic copper salts as antioxidants,the order of anti-heat aging effect at 120℃is:1098/626≥H3386≥1098/168>H10.Under the condition of heat aging at 180℃,the overall mechanical properties show a linear downward trend,and glass fiber reinforced PA66 is very sensitive to non-notched impact strength at high temperatures.
