摘  要:基于柔性导向三维织造成形方法制备碳纤维增强环氧树脂三维织造复合材料,通过压缩试验测试和微观形貌分析,研究了三维柔性导向复合材料的面内压缩强度、压缩变形特征和失效行为随导向结构参数的变化规律。结果表明,随着导向套直径的减小,导向套的压缩断裂模式由导向套/基体分离转变为导向套/基体分离与导向套剪切断裂或轴向开裂的混合损伤模式,提高了材料的压缩断裂应力。为避免纤维束在织造成形过程中产生弯折或扭转,导向阵列结构设计时应考虑导向套排布间隙大小与所选纤维束尺寸相近。The 3D epoxy resin/carbon fiber weavon composite was produced by 3D composites flexible weaving process.The influence rules of the compressive strength,compression characteristics and failure behaviors of 3D weavon composites were investigated by in-plane compression test and microstructure analysis.The results indicate that the fracture mode of guide sleeves in the 3D weavon composite change from interfacial debonding to mixed fracture modes with interfacial debonding and shear fracture of guide sleeves,while deceasing the diameter of guide sleeves.It means the in-plane compression strength of the 3D weavon composites increasing with deceasing the diameter.To avoid buckling and torsion of the fibers,the configuration space of guide array should be designed by width of fibers.
