摘 要:以双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)为基体,以T700碳纤维为主要的功能性填料,采用预浸料热压罐成型工艺制备了不同铺层方式的BMI/T700碳纤维复合材料,并对BMI/T700碳纤维复合材料进行高温老化试验,浸泡试验及力学性能、热学性能测试。结果表明,碳纤维均质化良好,可提高纤维表面的浸润性能,其表面的沟槽有助于提高碳纤维复合材料力学性能。三种BMI/T700碳纤维复合材料中,BMI/G–T700碳纤维复合材料的拉伸性能达到815 MPa,高于钢材的拉伸性能;在210℃时老化240 h后,BMI/G–T700复合材料拉伸强度达806 MPa,弯曲强度达752 MPa,表现出较优的力学性能,符合耐高温材料的性能要求。Bismaleimide resin(BMI)was used as the matrix,T 700 carbon fiber was used as the main functional filler,and bismaleimide/T700 carbon fiber with different layup methods were prepared by the prepreg autoclave molding process.The mechanical properties,thermal properties,and old chemical properties of BMI composite materials have been studied.The results show that the carbon fiber is well homogenized and can improve the wetting performance of the fiber surface,and the increase of grooves on the surface helps to improve the mechanical properties of the composite material.Among the three BMI/T700 composite materials,the tensile performance of BMI/G-T700 composite material reaches 815 MPa,which is higher than that of steel.After 240 h aging at 210℃,the tensile strength of BMI/G-T700 composite material reaches 806 MPa,the bending strength reaches 752 MPa,it shows better mechanical properties and meets the performance requirements of high temperature resistant materials.
