摘  要:目的:以乳酸阈为无氧阈标准,总结和比较在动力性运动中无创便利的肌电、肌氧及其联合评价无氧阈的4种方法。方法:招募23名受试者,在功率自行车上进行递增负荷实验,收集肌电、肌氧、血乳酸数据,确定4种方法所计算的拐点位置。结果:(1)双线性拟合肌电拐点测试肌肉之间的拐点位置以及与乳酸阈位置存在强相关(R=0.685~0.908,P<0.01),且差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),一致性明显。所有肌电拐点都要早于乳酸阈。股直肌和腓肠肌外侧头是最相关肌肉。均方根振幅值(RMS)值比积分肌电(IEMG)值,右侧比左侧的数据与乳酸阈更为相关。(2)双线性拟合肌氧拐点左右股外侧肌拐点位置以及与乳酸阈之间都存在强相关(R左=0.762,R右=0.822,P<0.01),且差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),一致性明显。肌氧拐点位置都早于乳酸阈,右侧比左侧与乳酸阈更为相关。(3)肌电/肌氧比值法检出率61.1%,测定的无氧阈强度与乳酸阈强度不相关(P>0.1),检测出的无氧阈强度均值大于乳酸阈。(4)15%肌氧拐点法的总体检出率43.47%,右侧股外侧肌与乳酸阈强度不相关,左侧股外侧肌与乳酸阈强度强相关(R=0.7,P<0.05)。结论:双线性拟合肌电拐点和肌氧拐点法是可信度较高的方法,功率自行车运动肌电拐点确定上,优势腿股直肌、腓肠肌外侧头的RMS值可信度更高,肌氧拐点确定上,优势腿可信度更高。Objective:To summarize and compare four noninvasive and convenient methods of EMG,muscle oxygen and their combination evaluation of anaer⁃obic threshold in dynamic exercise with lactate threshold as anaerobic threshold standard.Methods:23subjects were recruited to carry out the incremental load test on the power bicycle.The data of EMG,muscle oxygen and blood lactic acid were collected to determine the inflection points calculated by four methods.Results:(1)There was strong correlation(R=0.685~0.908,P<0.01)between EMGFT and lactate threshold(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).All EMG breakpoints were prior to lactate threshold.The rectus femoris and lateral head of gastrocnemius were the most closely related muscles.RMS values were more correlated with lactate threshold than IEMG values,and right side was more correlated with lactate threshold than left side.(2)There was strong correlation(Rleft=0.762,Rright=0.822,P<0.01)between muscle oxygen breakpoints and lactate threshold(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The muscle oxygen breakpoints was earlier than the lactate threshold,and the right side was more related to the lactate threshold than the left side.(3)The detection rate was 61.1%by EMG/muscle oxygen ratio method.The anaerobic threshold intensity was not correlated with lactate threshold intensity(P>0.1).The mean anaerobic threshold intensity was higher than lactate threshold.(4)The overall detection rate of 15%mus⁃cle oxygen breakpoints method was 43.47%.The right lateral thigh muscle was not correlated with the lactate threshold intensity,but the left lateral thigh muscle was strong correlated with the lactate threshold intensity(R=0.7,P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of Bilinear Fitting EMG breakpoints and muscle oxygen breakpoints is reliable,the RMS value of dominant leg rectus muscle and lateral head of gastrocnemius muscle is more reliable in the determination of EMG breakpoints of bicycle movement,and that of dominant leg is more reliable in the determinat
