摘　　要：文章回顾了国际图书馆统计标准、绩效指标标准以及影响力标准的发展历程,并通过比较三大系列标准的制定目的、作用范围、局限性、主要内容和评价方法,提出图书馆评价的变化特点是更加重视图书馆价值的全面探索、更加重视用户的感受、更加重视客观公正、更加重视理论与实践的结合,图书馆评价的发展趋势是评价内容的丰富化和多元化、评价方法的综合化和多样化、评价活动的规范化和制度化、评价活动的国际化和社会化。This paper reviews the development process of international library statistical standards,performance index standards and influence standards,and compares three series of standards in the purpose,scope,limitation,main content and evaluation methods.This paper puts forward that the characteristics of library evaluation are to pay more attention to the comprehensive exploration of library value,pay more attention to users’feelings,objectivity and justice,the combination of theory and practice.The development trend of library evaluation is the enrichment and diversification of evaluation content,the integration and diversification of evaluation methods,the standardization and institutionalization of evaluation activities,and the internationalization and socialization of evaluation activities.
