基于DEMATEL的电子健康网站用户体验关键影响因素分析

摘　　要：电子健康网站已成为公众获取医疗健康服务的重要途径,优化用户体验对于网站自身的发展、“健康中国行动”的推进乃至中国卫生事业的进步均有重要意义。文章基于用户体验五要素模型构建了包括5个维度、18个影响因素在内的电子健康网站用户体验影响因素模型,然后通过问卷数据验证模型,并采用DEMATEL方法识别和分析其中的关键影响因素。最后提出电子健康网站应通过加强功能服务建设、完善资源内容建设、提升用户的交互性体验以及改善界面、感知设计来提升用户体验。Electronic health websites have become an important way for the public to obtain medical and health services.Optimizing user experience is of great significance to the development of the website itself,the promotion of the"Healthy China Action"and the progress of China’s health services.Based on the five-element model of user experience,the article constructs a model of e-health website user experience influencing factors including 5 dimensions and 18 influencing factors,and then verifies the model through questionnaire data,and uses the DEMATEL method to identify and analyze the key influencing factors.Finally,it is proposed that electronic health websites should enhance the user experience by strengthening the construction of functional services,improving the construction of resource content,enhancing the user’s interactive experience,and improving the interface and perception design.
