摘　　要：本文在技术采纳与利用整合模型(UTAUT)基础上,根据移动电子健康服务的特质引入自变量隐私关注、中介变量信任、调节变量健康水平与服务提供商种类,构建用户使用意愿影响因素模型。研究发现努力期望显著正向影响用户使用意愿,隐私关注与社会影响通过中介变量信任对用户使用意愿产生显著影响,性别、经验、健康水平、服务提供商种类均对隐私关注有调节作用,经验水平、健康水平分别调节绩效期望与努力期望。Based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT),this paper introduces independent variables such as privacy concerns,intermediate variables trust,regulatory variables health level and service provider types according to the characteristics of mobile electronic health services,and constructs a model of influencing factors of users’willingness to use.The study found that efforts expectation has a significant positive impact on users’willingness to use,privacy concerns and social influences have a significant impact on users’willingness to use through intermediary variable trust.Gender,experience,health level,and type of service provider all have a moderating effect on privacy concerns.Experience level and health level separately regulates performance expectations and effort expectations.
