摘  要:介绍柞蚕丝纤维的性能特点,探讨高比例柞蚕丝、莱赛尔混纺纱的生产实践,确定柞蚕丝绵条的切割长度、预处理工艺、混合工艺等有别于其他品种的新参数,解决了各工序工艺控制关键点,很好地解决了柞蚕丝纤维在棉纺系统上生产的适应性,并进行批量化生产。高比例柞蚕丝、莱赛尔混纺纱的成衣制品低碳环保,穿着舒适性极佳,极具推广应用前景。In this paper,the performance characteristics of wild silk fiber are described,the production practice of high proportion wild silk and lyocell fiber blended yarn is discussed,the cutting length,pretreatment and mixing process of wild silk are determined,and the key measure of process control are solved.The mass production of wild silk fiber was carried out in cotton spinning system.The products of high proportion wild silk and lyocell fiber blended yarn with the low carbon environmental protection and the wearing comfortableness are extremely good,has the popularization application prospect extremely.
