摘 要:为优化大菱鲆养殖管理、科学投喂,研究分析了禁食再投喂和循环禁食再投喂两种投喂模式对大菱鲆幼鱼(Scophthalmus maximus)生长及形态特征的影响。结果表明:循环禁食再投喂模式下,除肝体比外,循环禁食1 d投喂6 d(NS1F6)和循环禁食2 d投喂5 d(NS2F5)模式的生长指标与对照组(NS0组)无显著性差异(P>0.05),呈完全补偿生长。形态特征中NS2F5组体表增加面积和形态指标与NS0组无显著性差异(P>0.05),呈现完全补偿生长。NS1F6组大菱鲆幼鱼肝体比为(4.44±0.74)%,显著高于NS0组(P<0.05)。禁食再投喂模式下,禁食3 d投喂32 d(RS3F32)模式生长指标与对照组(RS0组)无显著性差异(P>0.05)呈现完全补偿生长。禁食9 d投喂26 d(RS9F26)模式的生长指标除肝体比外,均高于RS0组且无显著性差异(P>0.05),其肝体比为(3.41±0.22)%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),呈完全补偿生长。形态学指标中RS9F26组体表增加面积和形体指标和对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),呈现完全补偿生长。In order to optimize the management of turbot farming and scientific feeding,the effects of fasting and refeeding on the growth and morphology of Scophthalmus maximus were analyzed.The results showed that the growth indices of circulate fasting for 1 d and refeeding for 6 d mode(NS1F6)and circulate fasting for 2 d and refeeding for 5 d mode(NS2F5)were not significantly different from control group(NS0)(P>0.05)in the model of cyclic fasting refeeding except for the liver body ratio.There was no significant difference between the NS2F5 body surface and the control group in the morphological features(P>0.05),showing a total compensatory growth.The liver body ratio of the young turbot in NS1F6 group(4.44±0.74)%was significantly higher than that in NS0 group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the growth index of fasting for 3 d and refeeding for 32 d(RS3F32)group and that of RS0 group(P>0.05),which showed completely compensated growth.Fasting for 9 d and refeeding for 26 d(RS9F26)model was higher than that of control group except liver body ratio,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and the ratio of liver to body(3.41±0.22)%was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the area and body size of RS9F26 between the control group and the control group(P>0.05),which manifested as completely compensatory growth.
