摘　　要：2020年4月,调查了人工养殖的高体雅罗鱼(Leuciscus idus)繁殖力情况,并进行了规模化人工繁殖。结果表明:高体雅罗鱼绝对繁殖力、体质量相对繁殖力和体长相对繁殖力分别为(6.08±1.05)万粒、(129.99±25.49)粒/g及(2094.7±360.69)粒/cm;雌雄亲鱼成熟系数分别为(15.88±1.33)、(2.02±0.12),单尾产卵量为(3.67±0.32)万粒。采用促黄体素释放激素类似物、绒毛膜促性腺激素和马来酸地欧酮激素组合催产亲鱼,成功催产雌性亲鱼586尾,催产率、受精率和孵化率分别为86.04%、67.11%和73.1%,共获得苗种809万尾。In April 2020,the fecundity of cultured Leuciscus idus was investigated,and the large-scale propagation was carried out.Results showed that the absolute fecundity,relative fecundity in body weight and relative fecundity in body length were(60800±10500)egg,(129.99±25.49)egg/g and(2094.7±360.69)egg/cm,respectively.GSI was(15.88±1.33)in female,as was(2.02±0.12)in male.Average spawning amount of brood fish was(36700±3200)egg.After injection of hormone composed of LHRH-A 2,HCG and DOM,586 females succussed to spawn with a parturifacient rate of 86.04%,followed by a fertilized rate of 67.11%and a hatching rate of 73.1%.A total of 8.09 million fries were hatched.
