新加坡地铁TOD发展模式对无锡地铁建设的启示

摘　　要：TOD(Transit Oriented Development)综合开发模式已成为全球城市开发的重要手段之一。新加坡政府早在1971年就制定了全岛概念发展规划,地铁网络呈环形布置了23个新城。如今新加坡地铁TOD发展模式还优化了城市空间,塑造了城市形态,提升了城市能级。通过对新加坡地铁的实地考察,并结合新加坡地铁TOD发展模式的特点,提出无锡地铁TOD建设必须从政策制订、公交导向、产城融合三方面开展探索,实现无锡地铁TOD的蓬勃发展。TOD(Transit Oriented Development)mode has now become one of the important means of global urban development.In 1971,the Singapore government formulated an island-wide concept development plan,with 23 new cities in a circular layout of the subway network.In recent years,the TOD model of Singapore’s Mass Rapid Transport has not only satisfied the needs of urban rail transit,but also optimized the urban space,shaped the urban form,and improved the urban energy level.Based on the site investigation of Mass Rapid Transport and combined with the characteristics of its TOD model,it is proposed that the construction of Wuxi Metro TOD must be explored from three aspects of policy formulation,transit orientation,and industry-city integration to achieve the vigorous development of Wuxi Metro TOD.
