摘 要:VR(虚拟现实)技术的出现和普及,为教育、医疗、国防、制造业等各个领域带来了革命性的影响。文章重点针对机械加工和设计领域搭建了一种基于UG NX、3ds max、Unity 3D等软件的虚拟仿真系统,试图探索机械设计虚拟仿真系统搭建过程中实现效果最好的关键技术以及具体的机械产品虚拟装配流程等。文章研究的主要内容包括:利用UG NX软件搭建基于虚拟仿真系统的某减速器三维模型,并利用其他软件进行优化处理;针对UG NX模型导入仿真环境时的数据包丢失情况,提出模型与数据分离重组的方法;以Visual Studio2019为主要平台,完成某减速器三维模型的数据读取和应用;完成机械设计虚拟仿真系统的设计和实验等。该机械设计虚拟仿真系统的建立,有助企业在进行实际生产和加工之前进行模拟操作,大幅度提升生产效率、降低生产成本。The emergence and popularization of VR(virtual reality)technology has brought revolutionary influence to various fields such as education,medical treatment,national defense,manufacturing and other fields.This paper focuses on the field of machining and design to build a virtual simulation system based on UG NX,3ds max,Unity 3D and other software,trying to explore the key technology to achieve the best effect in the process of mechanical design virtual simulation system and the specific virtual assembly process of mechanical products.The main contents of this paper include:using UG NX software to build a 3D model of a reducer based on virtual simulation system,and using other software to optimize the processing;aiming at the loss of data package when UG NX model is imported into the simulation environment,the method of separating and reorganizing the model and data is proposed;using Visual Studio 2019 as the main platform to complete the data reading and application of a three-dimensional model of a reducer;complete the design and experiment of mechanical design virtual simulation system.The establishment of the virtual simulation system of mechanical design can help enterprises to carry out simulation operation before actual production and processing,greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.
