摘 要:就五轴机床设计了开放式数控系统,详细阐释了五轴机床机械结构,构建了以工控PC与UMAC为载体的开放式数控系统硬件平台,基于QT软件与模块化设计法进行了系统软件开发,以全面实现了数控程序编辑、轴运动控制、工艺参数设置与人机交互等多元化功能,利用菲涅尔透镜加工试验进行系统验证。结果表明,系统软件界面整齐清楚,转移性与扩展性强大;系统运行稳定性与可靠性良好,功能健全优化,满足五轴机床加工个性化要求。An open CNC system is designed for the five-axis machine tool,the mechanical structure of the five-axis machine tool is explained in detail,the hardware platform of the open CNC system based on industrial control PC and UMAC is constructed,and the system software is developed based on QT software and modular design method.In order to fully realize the diversified functions of CNC program editing,axis motion control,process parameter setting and human-computer interaction,the system is verified by the Fresnel lens processing test.The results show that the software interface of the system is neat and clear,the transfer ability and expansibility are strong,the system operation stability and reliability are good,the function is sound and optimized to meet the personalized requirements of the five-axis machine tool processing.
