摘　　要：[目的]系统评价金黄散外敷治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎的效果。[方法]计算机检索万方数据库(WanFang Data)、维普(VIP)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、the Cochrane Library、PubMed和EMbase数据库,检索金黄散外敷治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限均从建库至2020年1月11日,并手工检索同期金黄散外敷治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎的相关灰色文献。由2名研究人员按纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价质量后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入18项随机对照研究,1444例病人,其中金黄散组699例,对照组745例。Meta分析结果显示:金黄散组治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎的有效率高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.20,1.33),P<0.00001]。[结论]现有证据显示金黄散外敷治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎有良好效果;但受纳入研究质量的限制,上述结论需要更多高质量的研究予以证实。Objective:To systematically review the effect of external application with jinhuang powder for treating phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on external application with jinhuang powder in treatment of phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle were retrieved from WanFang database,CQVIP,CNKI,CBM,the Cochrane Library,PubMed and EMbase.The retrieval time was from inception to 11 January,2020.Relevant studies including grey literatrue were also manually searched.Two researchers independently screened studies according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria extracted data and evaluated the methodological quality of the included studies.The Meta-analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 software.Rusults:A total of 18 RCTs were included,involving 1444 cases,699 cases in the jinhuang powder group,and 745 cases in the control group.The Meta-analysis results showed that the effective rate of Jinhuang powder group in treating phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.20,1.33),P<0.00001].Conclusion:The current evidence showed that external application with jinhuang powder can bring good results for curing phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle.Due to the limited quality of included studies,the above conclusion needs to be further verified by more high-quality trials.
