摘 要:[目的]评价基于“互联网+”的中青年高血压健康教育效果。[方法]检索中国生物医学文献数据库、维普、万方、中国知网、PubMed、Web of Science、the Cochrance Library,搜索基于“互联网+”高血压健康教育干预效果的随机对照试验(RCT),对符合质量标准的文献采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。检索时限为建库至2020年3月1日。[结果]共纳入7篇文献,在2006年—2019年发表,包括2225例病人。Meta分析结果显示“互联网+”健康教育干预可以改善中青年高血压病人收缩压[WMD=-13.69,95%CI(-14.73,-12.66),P<0.00001]、舒张压[WMD=-16.20,95%CI(-21.13,-11.26),P<0.00001]、服药依从性[RR=1.50,95%CI(1.40,1.60),P<0.00001]、定期复查率[RR=1.55,95%CI(1.32,1.83),P<0.00001],差异均有统计学意义;进行亚组分析发现两组社区病人的舒张压[WMD=-15.02,95%CI(-16.97,-13.07),P<0.00001]及医院病人的舒张压[WMD=-16.59,95%CI(-25.32,-7.85),P<0.0002]差异均有统计学意义,表明“互联网+”健康教育干预效果好于常规健康教育。[结论]现有证据表明,基于“互联网+”的高血压健康教育可改善中青年病人的血压情况,提高服药依从性和定期复查率。Objective:To evaluate the effect of health education on hypertension among middle-aged and young people based on"Internet+".Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the effect of"Internet+"hypertension health education interventions were retrieved from the China Biomedical Database,VIP,Wanfang database,CNKI,PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrance Library.Revman 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis of the literature that met the quality standards.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to March 12020.Results:A total of seven articles were included and published between 2006 and 2019,including 2225 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that"Internet+"health education intervention could improve the systolic blood pressure[WMD=-13.69,95%CI(-14.73,-12.66,P<0.00001)],diastolic pressure[WMD=-16.20,95%CI(-21.13,-11.26),P<0.00001],medication compliance[RR=1.50,95%CI(1.40,1.60),P<0.00001],regular review rate[RR=1.55,95%CI(1.32,1.83),P<0.00001]among middle-aged and young people.The differences were statistically significant.Subgroup analysis showed that the diastolic blood pressure[WMD=-15.02,95%CI(-16.97,-13.07),P<0.00001]and the diastolic blood pressure[WMD=-16.59,95%CI(-25.32,-7.85),P<0.0002]of the two groups of community patients were statistically significant,and the effect of"Internet+"health education intervention was better than that of routine health education.Conclusion:Current evidences showed that hypertension education based on"Internet+"could improve the blood pressure of young and middle-aged patients,improve medication adherence and regular review rate.
