摘　　要：介绍了威顿达州化工有限责任公司800 kt/a和400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置投产后多年探索高效运行方式,在装置长周期运行和节能减排方面采取多种措施,取得了较好运行效果:装置的平均年有效运行时间延长;蒸汽产率提高;两套装置的年平均SO 2排放量从174 t下降到65 t。The years-long exploration of efficient operation of the 800 kt/a and 400 kt/a sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plants by Wylton Dazhou Chemical Co.,Ltd.are presented after they were put into operation.Multiple measures are taken in terms of long operation and energy saving and emission reduction in these plants,which have achieved good operating results:the average annual effective operating time is extended;the steam generation is increased;and the average annual SO 2 emission from these plants dropped from 174 t to 65 t.
