摘　　要：塔作为承担石油产品蒸馏、解析和吸收等工艺反应的重要设备,在石化装置中应用十分广泛,直接影响装置的生产效率和产品质量。介绍了在管道专业中精馏塔的设计要点,包括塔设备平面布置和塔管口方位的确定,塔设备联合平台的设计,附塔管线的设计,并分析了在设计常见的问题。Tower,as the critical equipment in process reactions like petroleum product distillation,desorption and absorption,are extensively used in petrochemical plants,and have a direct influence on the productivity and product quality of such plants.The design highlights are outlined for the distillation towers by piping discipline,including the determination of tower equipment plan arrangement and tower pipe nozzle orientation,the design of integrated platform for the tower equipment,the design of pipes for auxiliary tower,and the typical issues are analysed during the design.
