摘　　要：实践能力的培养是新工科背景下培养创新型应用人才的重要目标,是促进高校由学科发展向社会岗位需求转变的创新举措.从学生实践能力的培养出发,以企业需求为导向,实现教学、科研、企业协同教育的人才培养模式,为环境工程本科人才培养和就业探索出了一条切实可行的新路径.Under the background of new engineering,the cultivation of practical ability is an important goal in the training practice-based innovative talents.It is also an innovative measure to promote the transformation of colleges and universities from discipline development to social demand for jobs.The cultivation of students'practical ability is our first concern,and the needs of enterprises are the guidance.We try to explore a collaborative talent cultivation mode of teaching,scientific research and enterprises,which provides a feasible new path for the cultivation and employment of environmental engineering undergraduates.
