高等体育院系游泳教学改革研究

摘　　要：游泳运动项目在竞技体育比赛过程中成为我国的优势运动项目,而体育院校是为国家输送优秀竞技运动员的主要来源。对于专业院校的游泳教学改革能否顺利进行直接关乎到我国游泳竞技体育的发展。本文通过查找文献的方法,对影响我国体育院系游泳教学改革过程中的实际问题进行分析,并从具体的实践过程中,为我国体育院系游泳教学改革的实质提出几点建议。Swimming has become the dominant sport in China in the process of competitive sports.As a sports college,it is the main source of providing excellent athletes for the country.Whether the swimming teaching reform in professional colleges can be carried out smoothly is directly related to the development of swimming competitive sports in China.This paper analyzes the practical problems in the process of swimming teaching reform in China's physical education colleges and departments by searching for literature.From the specif ic practice process,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the essence of swimming teaching reform in physical education colleges and departments in China.
