摘 要:随着大学生体质健康水平逐年下降,高校体育的课堂效率以及学生的锻炼行为和习惯越来越被人所重视。其中,体育课是大学生可以得到教师正确指导,进行户外运动的最主要的学习形式,也是影响学生课后锻炼和身体发展的重要环节,如何有效提高高校体育课堂的效率就显得尤为重要。大学生个性鲜明,思想独立,在此基础上,高校分层体育教学模式应运而生。本文通过对高校体育分层教学模式的探索,分析高校体育分层教学模式发展过程中的问题,并通过提出优化策略,希望可以对提升高校体育课堂效率有所帮助。With the decline of college students'physical health level year by year,people pay more and more attention to the classroom eff iciency of college physical education and students'exercise behaviors and habits.Among them,physical education is the most important learning form for college students to get the correct guidance from teachers and carry out outdoor sports.It is also an important link that affects students'afterschool exercise and physical development.How to ef fectively improve the ef f iciency of college physical education class is particularly important.On the basis of the distinct personality and independent thought of college students,the hierarchical physical education teaching mode emerged.This paper analyzes the problems in the development of the stratif ied teaching mode of physical education in colleges and universities through the exploration of the stratif ied teaching mode of physical education in colleges and universities,and puts forward the optimization strategies,hoping to help improve the eff iciency of the physical education classroom in colleges and universities.
