中日青少年排球运动员培养模式对比研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国青少年排球运动员的数量急剧减少,甚至在某些省份出现了青少年排球后备人才的严重断层,而这已经阻碍了我国排球运动的进一步发展。本研究主要通过文献资料法、对比研究法等方法以中日在青少年排球人才管理体制、竞赛制度以及训练与日常管理模式为切入点进行对比分析,通过对比研究找出日本在青少年排球人才培养模式中的优点,为我国挖掘培养青少年排球人才提供有益借鉴,使我国排球人才可持续发展。In recent years,the number of young volleyball players in China has decreased dramatically,and even in some provinces,there has been a serious fault of young volleyball reserve talents,which has hindered the further development of volleyball in China.This research mainly through the method of literature,comparative research,and so on,takes the management system,competition system,training and daily management mode of Chinese and Japanese youth volleyball talents as the breakthrough point for comparative analysis,finds out the advantages of Japan in the training mode of youth volleyball talents through comparative research,and provides useful reference for our country to excavate and cultivate youth volleyball talents,so as to make our country volleyball talented person sustainable development.
