基于游客满意度下对体育旅游产品升级的对策研究——以名山区万亩生态茶园为例

摘　　要：雅安名山是世界茶的故乡,其悠久的茶文化历史以及得天独厚的自然资源为名山区万亩生态茶园茶产业的多元发展提供了便利。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法对名山区万亩生态茶园内体育旅游发展现状进行调查,对影响曲名山区万亩生态茶园体育旅游发展的因素进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策。研究认为,不同年龄和性别的游客对体育旅游项目的选择具有差异性;茶园内体育旅游项目设施情况和景区工作人员的服务质量影响着游客的满意度。Mingshan of Ya’an is the hometown of tea in the world.Its long history of tea culture and advantaged natural resources provide convenience for the diversified development of tea industry in ecological tea garden of 10,000 mu in Mingshan District.In this paper,literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics were used to investigate the current situation of sports tourism development in the ecological tea garden of ten thousand mu in mingshan district,and the factors affecting the development of ecological tea garden of ten thousand mu in mingshan district were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.According to the research,tourists of different ages and genders have different choices of sports tourism items.The conditions of sports tourism facilities in the tea garden and the service quality of staff in the scenic spot affect the satisfaction of tourists.
