沥青混合料的体积组成及其数字图像处理技术

摘　　要：针对目前沥青混合料设计与生产领域的技术现状 ,在分析Superpave沥青混合料体积设计特点及存在问题的基础上 ,提出采用数字图像处理技术研究沥青混合料的体积组成特性 .文中重点介绍了采用CCD技术获取沥青混合料体积组成二维图像并进行数字图像处理的研究结果与应用实例 ,指出了数字图像处理技术对于促进沥青混合料设计与生产技术进步的可行性与重要性 。In view of asphalt mixtures design and production, as well as the characteristics and existing problems in the Superpave volumetric design procedure, the digital image processing technique is introduced to study the volumetric properties of the asphalt mixtures. The research results and the applied examples of using the CCD technique to acquire and process the 2D digital images of asphalt mixtures are reported and the feasibility and the importance of the digital image processing technique to enhance the asphalt mixture design and improve the practical techniques are pointed out. Predictions are made on the development of this technique.
