摘　　要：在黑客攻防及信息安全领域中嗅探的地位均十分重要。文章在阐述本机嗅探、广播网嗅探及基于交换机的嗅探基本原理上,阐述了在抑制网络蠕虫病毒、网络取证、网络布控和跟踪、网络行为审计、监测网络入侵等信息安全防御领域中嗅探的作用,只要深入掌握了嗅探的分类与原理,并加强技术能力,并可实现熟练运用,希望有助于建设信息网络安全体系。sniffing plays a very important role in the field of hacker attack and defense and information security.? This paper expounds the basic principles of local sniffing, broadcast network sniffing and switch-based sniffing, this paper expounds the role of sniffing in the fields of information security defense, such as restraining network worms, network forensics, network control and tracking, network behavior audit, monitoring network intrusion, etc., as long as we deeply grasp the classification and principle of sniffing, and strengthen the technical ability, and can be used skillfully.It is hoped that it will contribute to the construction of information network security system.
