摘　　要：手性碳(C^*) R-S构型的判断是正确命名含C^*化合物的关键,是学好立体化学的基础。因很多学生不会用教科书中的R-S标记法正确地判断C^*的R-S构型,文章开发了一种判断C^*R-S构型的新方法,并采用多种教学方法与现代教学技术进行C^*构型判断教学。结果表明,应用新方法学生能快速、准确地判断C^*的R-S构型,正确地命名含C^*的化合物。The judgment of chiral carbon(C*)R-S configuration is the key to name compounds containing C*correctly,and the basis to learn stereochemistry well.Many students are unable to correctly judge the R-S configuration of C*by using the R-S notation in the textbook.Therefore,a novel method to judge C*R-S configuration was developed,and various teaching methods and modern teaching technology were used for teaching of C*configuration judgment.The results indicate that students are able to quickly and accurately judge the R-S configuration of C*and correctly name the compounds containing C*.
