时辰穴位贴敷用于老年卒中后失眠护理中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析和探讨时辰穴位贴敷用于老年卒中后失眠护理中的临床效果。方法选择路桥区中医院康复科(2019年5月至2020年5月)老年卒中后失眠患者(80例)作为研究对象,并采用“动态随机分组法”法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组患者采用贴敷涌泉穴治疗,观察组患者采用贴敷神门穴、复溜穴。对比两组患者的睡眠质量以及治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率高于对照组,PSQI低于对照组(P值<0.05)。结论时辰穴位贴敷用于老年卒中后失眠护理中的临床效果显著,不仅能够改善患者的睡眠质量,还能够将临床效果大大提升,适合在临床进行开展和普及。Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of applying Shichen acupoint application in the care of insomnia after stroke in the elderly.Methods The Rehabilitation Department of Luqiao District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(May 2019 to May 2020)selected 80 elderly patients with post-stroke insomnia(80 cases)as the research object,and divided them into the control group(40 cases)using the"dynamic random grouping method"In the observation group(40 cases),patients in the control group were treated by applying Yongquan acupoints,and patients in the observation group were treated by applying Shenmen acupoints and Fuya acupoints.Compare the sleep quality and treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PSQI was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shichen acupoint application in elderly patients with insomnia after stroke has a significant clinical effect,which can not only improve the sleep quality of patients,but also greatly improve the clinical effect,and is suitable for clinical development and popularization.
