摘　　要：目的解析普外科急性胃穿孔患者采用优质护理的临床价值。方法纳入我院2017年3月-2018年3月间的普外科急性胃穿孔患者,共64例,经计算机的筛选后分为对照和观察两组,均有32例,前一组接受常规护理干预,后一组实施优质护理干预,比对护理效果。结果不良发应发生率[观察组(6.25%)VS对照组(34.38%)],P<0.05;观察组胃肠恢复时间显著短于对照组,P<0.05。结论在普外科急性胃穿孔患者护理中,优质护理干预措施应用价值高,可加快患者的恢复,减少不良发应的发生,推荐推广。Objective to analyze the clinical value of high-quality nursing care for patients with acute gastric perforation in general surgery.Methods 64 patients with acute gastric perforation in general surgery were included in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018.After screening by computer,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The former group received routine nursing intervention,while the latter group implemented high-quality nursing intervention,and the nursing effect was compared.Results adverse reaction rate[observation group(6.25%)vs.control group(34.38%)],P<0.05.The gastrointestinal recovery time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion in the nursing of patients with acute gastric perforation in general surgery,the application value of high-quality nursing intervention measures is high,which can accelerate the recovery of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
